Inspired by the cantilevered structure of the Clinton Library, Christopher Todd wanted to create a large scale, substantial lighting pendant with asymmetric symmetry. Meet the Fulcrum. This architectural design spans a full and makes a statement in any space. Over a large dining or conference table, above a bar or pool table, or giving light to a reception desk, the Fulcrum Pendant is bold in every sense. Two large asymmetric, cantilever-shaped steel supports are placed at opposite ends. The beautifully handcrafted metal details of the curved end of the steel are designed to wrap and embrace the fixture. Even from beneath, the Fulcrum's details are evident and bring a level of sophistication to this dramatic design.
